We are a condo management company and had 67 condo unit owners with and/or planning to purchase electric vehicles — before the complaints began rolling in, we needed an actual practice solution quick! The electrician has set up a 20 station networked level 2 system with smart load management and to date not one resident has complained they cannot charge anywhere in 11 months – everyone just seems pleased with the system working!

Our one story office building was converted to a new mini/split multi-zone cooling system that had four indoor heads, but the mini/split technician after day 1 of installation gave up as we had no outlet to place the new head and there was no conduit to go to 3 of the 4 outlet needs, even a one-hour consultation with him did not yield a solution. The electrician installed a 12-space tandem breaker sub panel nearby the electric panel in order to free up space, installed circuits through surface-mounted EMT conduit to each of the four head locations inside, and the mini-split installer completed the refrigerant connections on each and started them up the very next morning with all the zones operating independently fully rated.

Older home was always trying to keep up with modern appliances; the lights used to dim when several appliances used at once. Improved panel made an instant difference, everything works much more efficiently there now. The quality of the workmanship exceeded my expectations.

Had an outlet not working in the kitchen which made it hard to use that area. They checked it and found a wiring issue behind the wall. It was fixed pretty quickly and hasn’t caused problems again.

outlet repair fixed a nonworking outlet in our bedroom. The electrician replaced the faulty receptacle and tested it thoroughly. Everything is functioning perfectly again.
