Wonderful easy & efficient process from start to finish. Darin, the sales representative brought a nice variety of samples & thoroughly provided good information about the quality & pricking. Then Norberto the installer came & did a spectacular job of giving us a beautiful carpet. Great service!

Fantastic carpet selection and customer service. Darin’s team pulled old carpet and padding and installed all new carpet and padding in one day (180+ sq yards including stairs). Could not believe how professional and efficient the installers were. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for top quality flooring and installation.

I came to Bixby Plaza, because I was going to be replacing flooring in an apartment, and wanted a low voc/low odor, natural product. I live quite a distance (about an hour away), but they were the only store that I could find in Orange County that carried such products. From the moment I first called them, through my last interaction, they offered incredible, helpful, white glove level service. I had gone to a few flooring stores in my search, and nothing compared to my experience with Bixby Plaza Carpets and Flooring. More specifically, Nancy, one of the sales reps, was my point of contact, and I can't say enough positive things about my experience working with her. Nancy went above and beyond to help me. She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, patient, detail oriented, and she took the anxiety out of the process. After speaking with Nancy, I learned that she has been working in this business for a while; she provided a wealth of information, when I was trying to make decisions about how to proceed. Her knowledge of natural products, like wool carpeting, and marmoleum flooring was also extremely helpful. I'm detail oriented, and Nancy and Bixby Plaza Carpets surpassed my expectations. The store has everything and then some, and is well organized and beautiful. From more basic simple carpet/flooring, to high end/top of the line, to a wide variety of natural, low voc options that I did not find in any other flooring store/showroom, anywhere in Orange County. They also seemed like they were the most reasonably priced, or at least at market/not price gouging. I also spoke with some of the other reps when I called to ask follow up questions, and everyone was helpful. I will only go to this store when I need to buy flooring, even if it means driving out of the way to come here. It's worth it!

In my opinion, Bixby Plaza Carpets & Flooring takes advantage of older customers! A flooring company for 20 years, says they have specific type of stairs and day of installation bring the wrong one and suggest another company come do it. What???? The flooring company of 20 years doesn’t have flooring that was ordered and suggests another company to take advantage. No thank you! Stair price was “removed” from estimated invoice and never said the price that would be deducted. End result was an itemized invoice with made up prices to fill the gap of the stairs that weren’t installed and claim extra costs in “materials” I do not recommend Bixby Plaza Carpets and Flooring company to anyone!

Darin who handled my flooring is the best. Everyone who works there are so nice and helpful. I had new carpet and flooring installed 3 years ago. The install came out great. Fast forward to March 2020. I had a water leak and the carpet had to be pulled back, section of the padding had to he removed and the baseboard had to be replaced. After repairs Bixby came out to lay my carpet back down, replaced necessary padding and installed new baseboard. Can't even tell . Came out great again. I highly recommend Bixby over the big box stores( you know who they are).
