Excellent local HVAC service in Huntington Beach. I contacted Brightwater Heating & Air when my outdoor compressor was running but the indoor attic blower was not starting. Sean, the owner, was able to fit me into his busy Sunday schedule and arrived within minutes of his estimated arrival time. He was knowledgeable, professional, and transparent throughout the visit. I never felt pressured or as though I was being steered toward an unnecessarily expensive repair or replacement. Sean quickly diagnosed the problem as a failing run capacitor, had the correct part with him, and completed the repair promptly. The capacitor itself was only about $20. He also took the time to explain several preventative maintenance items that should be addressed soon, before they develop into failures that could cause more extensive and expensive damage to the system. I appreciated that he shared these recommendations clearly without using high-pressure sales tactics. I was absolutely amazed at the responsiveness to my emergency call for broken A/C on one of the hottest days of the year right when I got my wife home from the hospital with a serious brain injury that required cool temps. I called 3 other local companies and was kept on hold by their 3rd party answering service for an inordinate amount of time. The owner of Brightwater, Sean, picked up the phone and was at my home in 15 minutes! He thoroughly diagnosed the entire system and determined two replaceable parts were at fault and he had the parts on his truck. I was happy at that but even more happy, overjoyed I should say, by his more than generous pricing! This is obviously a reputable company but I can say without reservation you can rely on honesty and excellent technical skills by Sean the owner. He even showed me the readings he was getting when testing the components. I had a great experience in this particular instance and I can now say that I have a new HVAC guy! I was so happy when our A/C was down for only an hour when I really needed it for my wife, I threw in a significant tip and henceforth have enjoyed the A/C during this uncharacteristically hot and humid time of year. You should not have any apprehension in hiring Sean’s company for any HVAC maintenance or installs of any kind. Probably the best company I’ve ever hired in any of the trades!

Sean is awesome! Sean showed up within an hour on a scorching summer day when everyone else was not answering the calls. Turns out the unit was never set correctly. He diagnosed it fast, climbed into a sweltering attic, and got everything running perfectly. Professional, honest, and super fair. He even charged less than I expected. I ended up paying more because it was worth every penny. Recommended him to family and friends already. Five stars all day!!!

Sean installed an AC Pro duct less A/C and heating unit in our second floor master bedroom and bathroom. The outside unit sits on the balcony floor. The whole thing took 6 hours to install. Sean did a very professional job and it looks very neat and takes up very little space. The unit is very quiet and cools the space quickly. We highly recommend Sean.
