I've worked with Bronson twice and he is the best! The diagnosis both times were thorough and he explains what's happening in your home patiently and thoroughly as well. It's easy to communicate and schedule with the team too. Report received same-day, summarizing everything talked about, which is very helpful. Would recommend this company any time you need a look at your HVAC, furnace, condenser systems!

Thomson AC delivers incredible service from top to bottom. Setting up the appointment was a breeze thanks to great communication from the office team and their impressive AI Auto-attendant, Emma (LOL). Danny was an outstanding technician—thorough, professional, and very honest. He methodically recharged my system, taking the temp drop from a weak 14° to a crisp 24°. It’s rare to find a company this sharp and reliable. 10/10 service!

Larry just completed the annual check-up on our system (also originally installed by Thomson AC) and did a great job! He communicated to let us know he was on his way, arrived in the service window we had booked (note: it was a nice two hour window rather than a full day of waiting around), and he was well spoken and respectful. We opted for a system upgrade that he was able to install during our appointment rather than having to book another appointment which was appreciated. Shout out to the office staff for reaching out to get check-ups scheduled. I really appreciate that they've found the sweet spot of getting in touch (email and text) but don't overwhelm you with "offers" and marketing emails between service calls, and that you can call and speak with someone to get appointments booked. Overall would highly recommend anyone needing a new system, service or checkup this company has been great - from the quality of the system, to the office staff to the techs they've all been a pleasure to work with.

Thomson has been truly fantastic. We’ve had major HVAC issues after moving into our house, and Thomson has been with us every step of the way. They worked tirelessly to try and fix it, and while ultimately not able to which is disappointing , i definitely do not feel that was because of a lack of effort. Unlike other companies who have simply said just replace it, they really put in their effort. Kind, courteous, and very fair with pricing (even saying they’d only charge us for the repair that ultimately actually fixed it, not the intermediate steps if they didn’t work). Great experience all around.

I got quotes for a mini split from several companies. Tim, the estimator was by far the most knowledgeable and comprehensive. The price was fair and the office staff was very responsive. It’s a very professional company with terrific follow through. The install was great. The installers were personable and easy to communicate with. I felt heard and understood. I would highly recommend
