Benjamin was really great to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to give me his contact info in case I had and questions or problems that I needed help with. Everything worked out exactly as he told me it would. I am very pleased with the service.

The rep who came to my house was named Adrian. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product, made me and my wife very comfortable, and didn’t push anything on us. Adrian is an extremely well mannered representative of this company. If I was in a management position for this company, Adrian would be getting a raise ASAP. Thank you Golden Era Promotions, but most of all thank you Adrian. You made this process extremely easy.

Jhoamy was cool to work with! She helped me get my service set up, and the entire process was way smoother than I expected. She walked me through the plans without rushing, explained exactly what I’d be paying, and made sure I got the best deal for my area. What I really appreciated was how she checked in after everything was installed. It’s rare to have someone actually follow up and care and she did that without me even asking.

Reagan Monsour was very friendly, helpful, and proved to be a gem in helping us decide to switch from ATT U-Verse to Verizon. Good timing too, as we discovered the Verizon has a Wi-Fi 6 modem, which efficiency allows it to work almost same as older technology, hardly noticing the difference while saving money. We’re so happy Reagan was there, was very patient and helpful to us. She’s a terrific asset for Verizon. Verizon is blessed to have her as an employee.

Reagan Monsour did an excellent job! She went above and beyond in making sure everything was okay and working properly. She was very professional, polite, and pleasant. She responded promptly to all my queries and concerns. She was very patient, and resolved any issues I had in a timely manner. Thank you, Reagan! You're the best! 👍
