Raymond Rodriguez from HB Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, THANK YOU for helping my mama! I needed a waterline installed and connected to a Kitchenaide refrigerator for my mother who is in a condo (shared walls) in Fountain Valley. Raymond came out first thing in the morning, gave fair quotes and provided install options to my mom. No need for an outside 2nd opinion! He installed same day! The process was outlined with a clear timeline, executed quickly and communicated professionally! Speaking of Raymond communicating with me, I also received text messages from the company verifying the tech’s name and a photo of the tech, which made me even more comfortable being that I am out of town. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Raymond and BFP of HB every day of the week! Many thank you’s!
