i’ve been property searching rentals for quite some time now and i had a great experience at OCPM with a representative named Timmy. he was on top of things, took his time to knowledgeably answer all of my questions, and smoothly guided me throughout the entire process! i would recommend to definitely ask for Timmy if you’re looking at OCPM properties

DO NOT WORK WITH!!!! Honestly I feel this company is just a scam to collect application fees from prospective renters. They are really great at responding to you before you send them the application money and as soon as you do they stop responding to emails and calls. After submitting the application and $120 application fee for me and my fiance, I had to follow up about the rental multiple times. Most of the time no one answered. Once I was able to get ahold of the leasing center, they told me that the owner was thinking about selling the house. The owner decided to sell the house and they said they would refund us our money. It has been multiple weeks of no response and false promises of the refund being processed, and still no refund.

OCPM has been great to work with! The whole team is super knowledgeable and on top of everything. Special shoutout to Elizabeth for all her help getting my property insurance set up and handling all the back and forth with the insurance agents for me. She made the whole process so much easier!

I had scheduled an appointment to view one of the rentals in Cypress. I was told to call when I was in front of the property to meet with the agent, “Israel.” I got there 10 minutes early. My appointment was at 4 PM, so I waited until 4. After 4 PM I called the office and was told to call back if the agent didn’t arrive. I called again after 15 minutes, but I was put on hold and then forwarded to voicemail. I ended up waiting about 40 minutes. It’s even more upsetting because as a night nurse, I had to take time out of my day for something that ended up being a waste of my time. It’s also disappointing because the area/ property had a calm ambiance that I really liked. It’s a shame they have such unprofessional staff.
