I just moved in today, and I have to say the experience has been amazing from start to finish. Joseph and Crystal were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. Moving can be stressful, but they made everything feel smooth and welcoming. They answered all my questions, made sure I understood everything, and genuinely cared about making my move-in easy. I’m really grateful for their support and professionalism. So far, I couldn’t be happier with my experience here.

I applied for a 2 bedroom in Lake Elsinore paid the fees seen the property and then I get a TEXT MESSAGE saying they passed on me lol.. I make 3 times the rent, my credit score is well above the asking, never been evicted, my rent was always on time. But the person who showed the house to me seen they way I look with all my tattoos and now thet say there gonna move on to the next person. This company don't care they judge a book by its cover. And to top it all off they block my number lol. Never will I use this company. If you are covered in tattoos they won't give you the house.

We rented a home from True Door for 2 years. It seemed fine until our AC broke, we reported it, never heard from them. For a month in the middle of August dying from heat. We had to pay for the repair ourself and take it out of the rent because no one would get back to us. Then when we moved out, we paid a professional cleaner to clean the house then received a $1,600 bill taken from our deposit for cleaning!!!! They said the house was not cleaned and itemized every tiny detail and charged outrageous prices totaling $1,600 who in the world charges that much for a cleaning?! After we paid $400 for a cleaning company to clean the home. How it looked when we left… look at the pictures. It was clean! Beware when you move out this company is dishonest and gouges you to keep the deposit money!
