This 7 hour grid outage caused more than $8,000 in staged inventory to be wiped out across our 14 commercial kitchen tenants, as well as log-in formal health department incident reports with each tenant – we definitely didn't want this one happening again. We have had two outages already since the 45kW natural gas standby generator was installed to cover all our walk-in coolers and facility systems and have never lost a tenant dollar of their inventory - it's the best investment ever made.
