Jessica was my family's tax agent for 3 years, this year we filed and were told it wouldn't be processed until after March 3rd so naturally we trusted her however towards the end of March I had not received my return. I called the IRS and they said there was no record of my filing and should talk to my tax agent. I tried reaching out to Jessica and her team last month and am still waiting on a reply. This is the same for my family that also filed with her, their office is also closed despite it appearing to be open on a regular schedule. Terrible service as our taxes were never filed, do not go here.

Jessica is the best. So patient and will work with you to insure you are getting the proper tax returns. I have tried other tax preparers and it is can be torturous. She worked with my Mom who is older and was just a gem. I am sticking with Jessica she is the best.
