The service was fast and friendly. I had a great experience and all my questions were answered. I appreciate the work they do.

The employees stands around doing nothing when there are 30 plus people waiting. They all just walking around going to the back and to the front on the computer and go right to the back. Talking with coworkers. Then they came back to call the next name. What a poor customer service. If you don’t like your job let other people work. This place needs to be look at. Every employee stands around and help when they want to. Who is the manager? Must be doing the same thing because it’s very very bad and a looooooong wait forever.

Too much playing around! I preface this note with I was warned by another person that the wait is very long and not to enter. I came in to return some equipment and I have been waiting forty minutes. I understand you have appointments; however, this was not feasible. Please improve the customer service for the community.

I came to this location to upgrade my phone and had a very unpleasant experience. When I first walked in, an employee told me I didn’t have to sign in because they would help me. However, when we got to the counter, another customer was already waiting there, so she helped them first and I ended up waiting anyway. While I was waiting, other customers came in and signed in. A rep by the name of Luz finished helping a customer and came over asking if I needed help. I told her yes, and she immediately said she wasn’t helping customers at the registers and was only helping people sign in. So honestly, what was the point of asking? Especially when she had just finished helping someone at the register herself. I accepted what she said at first because I assumed it was store policy and that I would have to wait for the original employee. But then I watched Luz call the next customer and help them at the same register she claimed she wasn’t helping customers at. She could have simply said she didn’t want to take over another employee’s customer, which would have been understandable. The way she handled it came across as dismissive, unprofessional, and inconsiderate. Also, there was another male employee nearby who giggled when I asked for her name, and when the other employee gave it, he looked at her like she had done something wrong. The whole interaction was just uncomfortable and unnecessary. I worked in customer service before, so I understand how important communication and professionalism is. This experience definitely could have been handled better.

Lots of staff but everyone was standing around and unfortunately only assisting the clients who are Hispanic and Latino. Very sad especially during these times to be treated unfairly when they want fair treatment. Treat people the way you want to be treated and race shouldn’t matter with internet and cable. Very sad to see what Inglewood has allowed to happen historical residents aren’t treated fairly and it’s truly sad. Edit: the guy who eventually helped me was great, he was in the back on the left and had a ponytail and was very polite and helpful. He shouldn’t be the only helpful person in the store with 8+ employees on the floor it definitely causes clients to be frustrated as they feel they aren’t being properly attended to, pleaae do better and if they aren’t working please have them in the back and not lallygagging on the floor.
