We unexpectedly learned that our HVAC needed to be replaced. Shahid was extremely communicative, had quick response times and answered all my questions. My condenser unit had improper drainage that was ruining my concrete in my backyard. Had Shahis come take a look and he installed a new solution to route the water away into a much better location. Would recommend for your hvac needs! Great communication and great quality of work!

Couldn’t be happier to have found LA HVAC! Shahid and Faizan are real pros who don’t try to upsell you. Honest and hardworking. They showed up on time, did their due diligence to isolate and diagnose what was the problem with our ac unit, fixed it and completed the repair in about an hour! I was anticipating needing a new 5 ton ac unit and could’ve potentially been upsold by a disingenuous repair person but they fixed my unit for a very reasonable price, explained why my unit had failed, cleaned up and carried on. Excellent experience working with these guys and would 100% recommend them!

My Air conditioning went out on me for the first time during the fourth of July weekend. I notified the Apartment landlord and management company as well, they did nothing for me. I contacted several HVAC techs and businesses to no avail. Noone would come out until Tuesday after the Holiday. I came across LA HVAC and Shahid was over here within the hour. The AC system has had issues two other times after that due to failure of ever being maintained by the property owner. Again, I called LA HVAC and Shahid and his other coworker came out within the hour to fix my issue both times. They are really nice people, trustworthy, and stand by their word. They don't just come do a job, take the money And then you can never reach them again. The three time's I have needed them, were not normal 9-5 hour's. I won't use anyone else. And My neighbor just had an issue with her AC going off And I referred her to LA HVAC and now she uses them as well. I am very comfortable with all of the employees of LA HVAC.
