I was hoping the plumber could quickly identify and fix the leak, and they managed to do just that with minimal disruption. The repair process was straightforward, and everything seems to be functioning well so far.

Our aging kitchen faucet finally gave out, and the plumber installed a new one efficiently, wrapping up in about an hour. He also took the time to check for potential issues with our water supply lines, which was much appreciated given past problems we've encountered.

I have had bad experiences with plumbers in the past so I was happy when this one immediately found a bad thermostat in my water heater and rectified it. The repair was done in less than an hour and the technician was very detailed in explaining each step of the procedure.
