We found Prime Inglewood Roofing after a bad leak showed up in our older roof and started reaching the area near the HVAC unit. It was a stressful situation, especially with the warm Inglewood weather making roof issues feel even more urgent, but the whole experience turned out better than we expected. Emmanuel and Joe got in touch with us right away, helped us start the insurance claim quickly, and guided us through the roof inspection step by step. They worked closely with us and the insurance company, explained everything in simple terms, and kept the job moving without delays. Not long after approval, the new roof was installed. The whole roofing process felt easy and well organized, which made a big difference for us as homeowners. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, acted professional and courteous, and did a great job cleaning up the property when the roof replacement was done. We really appreciated how smooth they made everything, from the leak issue to the final install, and we would highly recommend them for roofing work.

Highly recommend. Damon and his crew did an excellent job on my roof in just one day. He made the whole process simple, answered all our questions, and helped us feel comfortable during the estimate process when we needed a fast roofing repair after storm damage caused a tree to hit the corner of the roof. Compared with other roofing contractors, Damon took extra time to give us a clear quote for the repair and full roof replacement, walked us through the options, and helped us choose what worked best for our home. They also removed our old gutters and installed new ones that look great and fit the roofline well. The roofing team was skilled, professional, and respectful from start to finish. They kept the job site clean, handled the tear-off and installation efficiently, and left us with a strong new roof, great-looking gutters, and no mess. If you need roofing service in Inglewood, Damon should be your first call.

Finding a roofing contractor to replace my storm-damaged roof became simple after I spoke with several neighbors who had similar roof work done. I am not very familiar with home insurance claims, but Russell, the project manager, guided me through each step and really helped with the claim process. He worked directly with the insurance adjuster to make sure every part of the roofing system was included, even the skylight that was missed at first. Russell answered my questions clearly, kept me updated on the schedule, and made the whole roofing project feel organized and stress-free. The install crew showed up on time, protected the landscaping, worked hard until the roof replacement was finished, and handled the final cleanup very well. I appreciated how smooth the entire process was, along with the professionalism, communication, and quality roofing service from start to finish.

From my experience, the best roofing work shows its value long after the job is done, and Prime Inglewood Roofing really proved that. joe was professional from the first roof inspection, took careful measurements, and provided a clear, detailed estimate for the reroofing work. The crew removed the old roofing materials and installed the new roof in just one day, and the timing was excellent with rainy weather coming soon after. Since then, we have had no leaks, no loose shingles, and no other problems. From every angle, the roof looks neat, smooth, and well aligned. The neighbors even mentioned how efficient and quiet the crew was during the tear-off and installation. Cleanup was handled fast, with everything loaded into their own dumpster, which was picked up the next day. russell also used a large rolling magnet to collect nails around the property and came back again the following day to check once more, which really showed extra care and pride in the work. i highly recommend them for roofing service in Inglewood because the workmanship, cleanup, and attention to detail were all excellent.

I just had a new shingle roof put on by Prime Inglewood Roofing, and i can’t say enough good things about the whole experience. arthur helped me through the roofing process, was very professional and polite, and explained each step in simple terms so i always knew what was happening. I was dealing with a tight insurance deadline, and he made sure the roof installation was scheduled quickly and completed within about two weeks. He really went above and beyond to help with my situation, and I truly appreciated the extra care and attention. The crew did excellent work, kept the job site clean, and made sure the new shingles and roofing details looked solid and finished right for the Inglewood area. Everything was handled smoothly, and joe also made the final results easy to feel confident about. They did an amazing job and absolutely deserve a 10 star review from me.
