The owner of this property is quite the “character” this is reflective based on the majority of the property being empty despite being in a central location as he has ran out all of his previous tenants. I had looked into leasing a unit here, however, during the process I was thrown off by the owner’s racist remarks, as well as derogatory and disturbing comments about previous tenants. It is unfortunate that other reviews reflect the same type of experience and sentiment towards him. For small business owners, I would steer clear of leasing from Vasile unless you want to personally find out why the majority of the plaza is empty. I envision this plaza continuing to be a waste of centrally located space until the ownership changes.

The owner of these properties is delusional. He is overcharging for properties that aren't worth the rent price. He bragged about how he kicked out tenants while they were paying his exorbitant rent, lied about how parking works to hype up his real estate. He also exhibited bizarre behavior that raised several red flags: ex. Mentioning that he "wanted belly dancers from Santa Monica" repeatedly and other problematic statements in front of potential tenants. He also made remarks about the business as if he was a professional who knew better about business (he's a retired medical doctor with zero experience in business). My recommendation is don't do business with this guy. He is rude and genuinely mendacious. He doesn't know what the community wants but, true to a retired medical doctor, values his own opinion over the voice of an actual resident. *edit: I thought I was just feeling some sort of way until I read the other comments about this man's discriminatory practices against a certain demographic. They're all very much truth.

Nice Business Park several very good restaurants

I had an amazing experience here!! When I first walked in the waitstaff the hostess she was really nice she showed me to whatever table I wanted to sit at I sat down I would have my food I ordered at the time yum soup and the sexy shrimp two Diet Cokes voice app is really nice the place is really clean the food came fast and it was really fresh the prices are great I just happened pasta cuz I was going to 7-Eleven a nice little place a little a little gem. VERY CLEAN.

I went with a friend who was interested in leasing a restaurant here. The first thing I noticed was the owner was very descriminating against certain races of possible Tenants. Despite them having all the pre qualifications that he mentioned to then. I would never recommend anyone rent/lease from this place. I would also recommend anyone turned down file a discrimination claim against this place
