Bryan Ozawa is one of the best agents I've ever met. After our previous landlord sold their property and asked all the tenants (including us) to leave within 30 days, we had such a hard time finding a good office and a professional real estate agency that can help us move in and lock the deal ASAP. So many other agencies and agents wasted our time and they were so slow and lazy, they didn't bother to communicate effectively with the ownership to help us move in. We explained our situation to Bryan and he was very very fast and efficient in doing the work he is supposed to do and he would always respond to texts, phone calls and emails within a couple minutes, he immediately sent us some forms and he made a reasonable offer to the ownership on our behalf and after a couple offers and counteroffers we signed a lease in less than a week and I have to mention he negotiated early move in for us which was super important.
