Return my wifi router to close my account. Everything was done properly and courteous. Too bad Cox is getting too expensive and failed to compete with T Mobile 5G plan.

My internet was spotty for a long time and they tried to blame my equipment. I had to buy a new router a new modem and run a new cable all the way to the street connection to prove that the problem was not on my side. Finally after doing all that they relented and came out, did what they should have done to begin with and find the problem was indeed at the connection at the terminal on their end. As soon as we get fiber in the neighborhood I'll be jumping ship.
