I had a team of 3 house cleaners come to do a deep cleaning from OC Smart Clean.. let me just say they did a pristine cleaning on my house. From top to bottom they got all the corners edges under beds front of cabinets, grease was removed from my backsplash that I was struggling to get off!! Attention to detail was what I was looking for and a true deep cleaning no subpar cleaning which was impressive and amazing!! Thank you for sending me a super detailed team as I’m extremely picky.. I will be calling for biweekly cleaning!!

I’m honestly not sure how this company has so many 5-star reviews because my experience was extremely disappointing. I originally reached out after receiving a marketing message offering a free oven cleaning with a booked service. Since my kitchen is under 200 sq. ft., I scheduled a deep clean for the following Thursday. They quoted me a price and specifically mentioned that I would only be charged after the service was completed. However, they charged my card the day before the appointment, on Wednesday. I let it go because I trusted the reviews and expected quality service. On the day of the cleaning, the cleaners arrived and there was a language barrier. I had to use hand gestures to explain that certain cabinets were emptied and needed cleaning inside as well. Unfortunately, those areas were never cleaned. I had some work appointments so I left, but my partner was home working upstairs. He later mentioned that the cleaners seemed extremely rushed and eager to leave. During the walkthrough, they only briefly showed one cabinet and claimed everything had been cleaned. My partner trusted their word and didn’t thoroughly inspect every area at that moment. When I came home later, I immediately noticed multiple things were missed. The backsplash behind the stove still had oil stains, the insides of the cabinets weren’t properly cleaned, and there were still stains visible on the outside of some cabinets as well. Even the dishwasher interior wasn’t wiped until my partner pointed it out during the walkthrough, and it was quickly done in seconds before they rushed out. I contacted the company afterward, and while they did try to make it right by offering another appointment, it just wasn’t practical for me. I had already emptied and reorganized my kitchen once, and I didn’t have the time or energy to remove everything and rearrange it all over again the following week. For $250 plus 15%tip, this service was absolutely not worth it. I ended up cleaning the backsplash and cabinet interiors myself afterward. The only thing they actually did well was the oven cleaning I will give them credit for that. Overall, I’m really disappointed with the experience. If you decide to hire them, I strongly recommend staying home the entire time and personally checking every single area during the walkthrough before they leave.

He Explained the special procedure that his team used to clean all of the toxic dust and assured me that they would restore our home. I appreciated his quick communication and flexibility. His team did an amazing job at removing dust and deep cleaning our entire home. We had a great experience and I highly recommend this service.

I found Orange County Smart cleaning through Nextdoor. I was reluctant to try them because I’ve hired most housekeepers through a personal referral. I have to say that I was 100% satisfied and it was great to come home to a house that smelled clean! I would highly recommend this company.
