We had experienced a leak in our master bathroom, which is upstairs. The result was extensive water damage to the master bathroom and also a quarter of our garage located just below the master bathroom. Once the demolition was completed, we then met with Elite to assess what the pending work would entail and how the project would go and it was explained in a very professional manner. Following that meeting, we then met with Augie, the actual construction Mgr. His experience with our situation became evident right away and it clearly set the tone for our project. Both Augie and his skilled colleague, Mike, were outstanding. Their combined expertise, professionalism and respective personalities were great as they brought a certain positive energy every time. I want to say that Elite Restoration & Construction was AWESOME ( 5 stars ⭐️ ) the restoration work was amazing and neat. They were on time and cleaned up good. My insurance company ( Allstate ) preferred them and I’m glad they did. And last but not least the project manager Leila she was very helpful her communication skills and production experience was A+ she will be the main reason I would come back ( if anything happens with my restoration ) again. I met Brock and his team due to water damage in my condo. From the moment the process started till the end of the process, Brock and Elite Restoration were amazing. At every level they were keeping me informed and updated on what was happening and when to expect the next thing. They were always on time and consistent. I can’t say enough how Brock treated this entire situation as if it was his personal home. He worked diligently to get me to the finish. I especially appreciate how he showed compassion and concern to a personal matter I was dealing with. Max was amazing as well. He went above and beyond the scope of his task of rebuilding cabinetry, flooring, and painting, but also making sure all appliances were hooked up and working properly. All in all I would most definitely recommend this business and this team for your restoration and renovation needs.

Elite Restoration was great! Brock was the Project Manager assigned to my restoration project and working with him was absolutely wonderful! He listened to what I wanted and if there was any issues, he would discuss them with me. He was so easy to work with and made the whole process go smoothly. The subcontractor, Andres and his assistant Sammy, did a fantastic restoring my place. I am so happy with the way everything turned out. My place looks fabulous! I thank you all for a job well done. ❤
