I highly recommend this home remodeling team. Kaleb and the crew treated us like VIPs even though we were working with a budget. They made us feel welcome and supported from the start, and the whole process felt personal and easy. We shared our ideas for the remodel, and they helped us turn them into a solid plan that fit our space and budget. They also walked us through material options in the showroom and helped us choose the right stone for our new countertops. Even when scheduling was tight, they went out of their way to make everything work smoothly for us. The installation was handled with care, and the finished countertops look amazing. My wife and I are extremely happy with the results and with how professional and helpful the team was throughout the project. If you want quality stone work, good remodeling ideas, and great service, this is a company worth calling.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with this remodeling team on a large renovation of a high-end historic home. They have been outstanding to work with on what turned into a detailed and complex remodel project. Ricky, Carson, and Kaleb, along with the field crew, are excellent at finding smart solutions to the kinds of issues that naturally come up when opening walls and updating an older house. The job site stays very clean and well organized, which makes a big difference on a major home renovation. Communication with the client has been clear and consistent, and the team has also done a great job coordinating with a wide group of professionals, including architects, interior designers, and landscape designers. They are true team players, strong problem solvers, and they pay close attention to craftsmanship and finish details. As an architect, I would be happy to work with them again on another home remodeling project.

if you want top quality home remodeling work at a fair price from an honest contractor, you can stop searching and hire evergreen renovation & construction inc.. we had a large siding and exterior renovation project with five separate building sections, and the whole experience went smoothly from start to finish. the workmanship was excellent, and our home looks beautiful with a clean, updated finish. the crew paid close attention to every siding board and trim detail they installed. they carefully removed the outdoor items around the house before the work started and made sure everything was put back exactly the way we wanted when the job was done. it was clear they take pride in their craftsmanship and care about doing the job right. everyone on the team was polite, respectful, and easy to work with throughout the project. they communicated clearly, kept the work area organized, and handled the job with real professionalism. during the remodel, some hidden wood rot was found behind the old siding, and it was repaired quickly at a reasonable added cost. that gave us a lot of confidence in their honesty and problem-solving. they really know james hardie siding and exterior construction, and it shows in the final result. this was a major investment for our family, and we are very thankful we chose this team for our home improvement project.

I hired company: Evergreen Renovation & Construction Inc. years ago for a sunroom addition and vinyl window replacement, and the work has held up beautifully. Back then, mike explained why good materials and proper installation really matter in a remodeling project. The pricing was fair, the job site stayed clean and organized, and everything still looks to be in excellent condition. After moving into an older mobile home in Irvine, i needed new vinyl windows that would work with the narrow existing window sills. They were the first and only team i contacted again because of my past experience. francis was professional, honest, and easy to work with. He understood exactly what i needed, stayed within my budget, and made sure the new windows fit the older framing while still leaving room for 2-inch blinds. The installation crew did a perfect job, paid attention to detail, and left the home very clean at the end of the project. The new windows improved the look of the place, brought in better light, and made the space feel more updated and comfortable for everyday living. i have received many compliments from neighbors and the community. I would absolutely recommend them for window upgrades, sunroom work, and other home remodeling needs.

After talking with several remodeling contractors and not finding the right match, i reached out to a home renovation team about updating both our primary and hall bathrooms in Irvine. From the first visit, i had a very good feeling about the project and their approach. We moved forward with the contract and scheduled the remodel for a few weeks later, which worked well for our timeline and planning. The crew started the bathroom renovation and finished both spaces in about three weeks, even with normal days off. The workmanship was excellent from start to finish. They arrived on time each day, stayed on schedule, and kept the whole remodel moving smoothly. The project included demolition, custom shower pan installation, tile work, painting, new toilets, countertops, a wall heater, sinks, faucets, and new flooring in the primary bathroom. ricky and his team were fantastic. ricky clearly takes pride in his craftsmanship, answered all our questions, listened to our input, and treated our home with care and respect. The crew kept the bathrooms tidy at the end of each workday and also cleaned up the outdoor work area where they cut tile and cement board. They even helped pick up and store the materials we purchased ahead of the remodel, which made the whole process much easier. We are very happy with the results and would gladly recommend this team for any bathroom remodel or home improvement project. Their communication, quality work, and attention to detail made the entire experience easy and stress free.
