I want to thank Greater Pacific Constructions for building my ADU. The team always listened and made sure We understood each step. They took our ideas and made remarkable improvements to them. I didn’t know much about construction, so their patience and communication along the way made me feel confident. Every time we asked a question, they answered patiently, even when I wasn’t clear. The work is well done. They finished as planned and stayed within our budget. I recommend Greater Pacific Construction for all your construction needs. True professionals.

Greater Pacific was recommended to us by one of our past customers. Apparently, they had worked together on few projects in the past. Upon our initial introduction meeting and walk-thru, we were introduced to series of ideas and options that were practical and also creative. The alteration and configuration of the new side of our building that was to get expanded all of a sudden had a completely new identity and function. We realized that Greater Pacific looks beyond just today. They pave the way for future growth of their clients which is what we valued the most. Their level of communication and professionalism was outstanding through-out the course, and the finished product exceeded our expectations. Greater Pacific is highly recommended not only for anyone who is taking on a sizable project but even on smaller jobs I believe they can impress their clients. Thank you!!

We had an amazing experience with Kevin and Lawrence as part of our home remodeling project. From start to finish, they made the entire process so easy and painless. Kevin’s expertise and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of the job, while Lawrence, as the project manager, kept everything running smoothly and on schedule. Their communication was excellent, and they always kept me informed about the progress, ensuring I was comfortable every step of the way. I couldn’t be happier with the results, and I highly recommend them for anyone looking to renovate their home. Thank you, Kevin and Lawrence, for making my remodeling experience so seamless and stress-free!

From start to finish, they exceeded our expectation from every stand point. The crews were professional, highly skilled, and incredibly efficient throughout the entire process. The planning and design were handled with great care, ensuring that the new unit seamlessly integrated with the existing structure while adding both functionality and style. Greater Pacific got us familiar with latest architectrual trends. The communication was excellent and they kept us informed at every stage of the work. And most importantly, they were always available to answer any questions we had.

We contracted Greater Pacific Construction to build us an Auxiliary Dwelling Unit on our property in Orange. The project involved, major grading, and site work. As we were going along in the design process, we realized that we prefer our ADU to be attached to our existing residence. The ideas that were presented to us by Greater Pacific Construction and their staff were unique and practical. The entire project took about five months to complete. Looking at the end result and the benefits that we get to enjoy I wish we had done this years ago. Thanks to Greater Pacific Construction and team.
