Working with Suntrust was a very positive experience. Ron is knowledgeable, communicates clearly, and did an excellent job keeping the project within my budget. The work spanned nearly two weeks, and his team consistently delivered high-quality results, offered helpful recommendations when appropriate, and left the property clean at the end of each day. Helene was also very helpful with coordination and made sure everything stayed on schedule. Overall, I’m very satisfied with Suntrust and would recommend them to anyone looking for painting, remodeling, or other home improvement work. I would gladly use Suntrust again.

We are very happy with the job SunTrust Remodeling did with our home. We had the exterior painted (with Texcote) as well as the trim, garage door and the BBQ Patio Cover. We also replaced the one existing rain gutter, and had two all-new sections of rain gutters installed. Then to top if off, we got a new composite material side gate to replace the rotting wood one that was there. Our salesperson, Adam was very easy to work with and bounce ideas off of. One thing I would suggest for anyone working with SunTrust (or really any remodeling company) is make sure you thoroughly discuss the work you want done, then get it in writing on your contract, then inspect the work being done daily to make sure nothing is being overlooked. There were a couple phases of the project where the work being done had deviated from what we discussed with Adam because it was not specified on the contract. I was working long hours and was not able to be at the house most of the days the work crews were working, so I could not communicate any issues directly to them. Helene, the project coordinator was very helpful in getting things sorted out. One issue took several days to get fixed, but all of our concerns were addressed. Different crews(subcontractors) handled different phases of the project. Everyone I encountered on the crews seemed very nice and respectful. The Project Manager, Ron checked in with them periodically and then would walk us through the work done at the completion of each phase. The side gate was the final phase of the project. It was not part of the original contract we signed, but something we added on within a week of signing the first contract, and well before any work had started. The gate seemed to be almost forgotten about since it was not in the original contract. It was 2 weeks into the project before we got an addendum to add the side gate - and it was more than twice the price we had been quoted. Again, this is why it's crucial to get everything in writing before work starts. They acknowledged the error in pricing and made some adjustments to bring the cost down, although it was still almost double the original quote. When the old gate was removed and the new one installed, the stucco on the side of the house got damaged, leaving several deep holes and missing stucco where the old gate post was attached. This also exposed the old grey house color. This was 2-3 weeks after the stucco had been repaired around the whole exterior of the house, and after the whole house had been painted. We sent in photos of the damage, and the stucco/paint crew came out the following week to repair the area surrounding the gate. This is what makes me think the gate was an afterthought, or not scheduled into the timeline properly, otherwise it would have been installed prior to painting, considering the damage it would do to the stucco. But I have to give credit to SunTrust for fixing the damage and delivering a beautiful, and well-needed makeover to my house within the discussed timetable. Overall, the house looks wonderful and we have had several neighbors come up and compliment us on the new look. Everyone we interacted with from SunTrust was very communicative and willing to help. It was a positive experience, and I would happily recommend SunTrust to my neighbors.

We recently hired SunTrust to fix and repaint the stucco on our house and put in new gutters. We’re really happy with how everything turned out. The team was professional, paid close attention to detail, and clearly cared about their work from beginning to end. The stucco repair was excellent. The crew fixed every flaw and made sure the finish matched the rest of the house. The new paint looks great and really brightened up our home. The gutters were installed quickly and carefully, so we feel confident our house is better protected now. What really made this experience stand out was our project manager, Helene. She always responded quickly, answered our questions, and kept us updated. We always knew how things were going because she kept us in the loop and made sure everything stayed on track. Her communication and organization made the whole process easy and stress-free. Overall, we highly recommend SunTrust to anyone who needs work done on their home’s exterior. They do great work, are reliable, and manage projects really well. It was a pleasure working with them.

We first replaced our ac and heating with Daniel Gonzalez from suntrust. And that went amazing so we had him come back and check our roof. After speaking with him for hours about the benefits of a new Roof we decided to get it replaced. The process was easy and stress free. Daniel took care of my husband and I and we are very thankful. I recommend him if your looking and AC or a new roof
