I had a great experience with Octo Pros Coating for my garage epoxy floor. Their initial quote was higher than I expected, but they worked with me to get the project within my budget, which I really appreciated. They also had an opening come up and were able to start five days earlier than originally scheduled. My concrete floor had significant cracking and damage and required quite a bit of prep and repair. Their team did an excellent job getting everything properly restored before applying the coating. The installation happened during an extreme Southern California heat wave, and after the epoxy fully cured, some unexpected rough texturing developed. I contacted Octo Pros, and they came out promptly, inspected it, and agreed the finish was not up to their standards. What impressed me most was how they handled it. The very next day they were back sanding the floor, followed by a complete re-treatment at no additional cost to me. It added some time to the project, but the final result was exceptional. For a project like this, the company standing behind its work is just as important as the product itself. Octo Pros showed excellent workmanship, great customer service, and a real commitment to delivering a finished product they were proud of. My garage floor looks fantastic, and I would absolutely recommend Octo Pros Coating.

We had a great experience with the entire team at Octo Pro coatings. Office staff kept us informed of the schedule for the quotation appointment and the start of the job. Install crew showed up on time and thoroughly explained the job schedule and covered the area on our driveway where they stationed their equipment. The install crew was very friendly and courteous throughout the job. We were very satisfied with the whole job and would definitely recommend Octo Pro for any coating job.

I did not know what to expect with Octo Pro's, was I pleasantly surprised. The quote process was simple and timely. The Crews were professional, on time, and performed quality work. I am so pleased to have selected Octo Pro for my garage flooring!

We were looking to get metallic epoxy design and Eric and his team were really great to work with. They provided us a free onsite estimate and Eric walked us through all our options to help us understand pricing, plans, installation process, and after-care. Then, during the actual installation process, we hit a delay due to the rain and had to extend the project. We really appreciate their commitment to quality and communication of delay in order to ensure proper drying /curing of the epoxy. When they accidentally dirtied/marked up our dry wall during the grinding process, they kindly re-painted those areas for us, free of charge. We are so happy with the outcome! Truly a work of art and we overall appreciate their professionalism, punctuality, and communication throughout the entire process.

I had a great experience with Octo Pro Coating from start to finish. The entire process was professional, smooth, and well-communicated. Erik, the salesperson, was knowledgeable, friendly, and never pushy—he took the time to explain the options and helped me choose the best solution for my space. The epoxy floor looks fantastic and completely transformed the area. The quality of the work and attention to detail really stand out. I’m extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend Octo Pro Coating to anyone looking for a durable, high-quality epoxy floor.
