Very disappointing customer service. We were the only customers in the showroom, yet the staff didn’t even bother getting up from their desks to greet or assist us. Even after I shared that this was my first time remodeling my floors, and no one took the time to explain the products or answer my questions. Instead, we felt unwelcome and ignored. I came in genuinely excited and ready to make a purchase for my home, but I left feeling like my business didn’t matter. Excellent customer service is just as important as the products you sell, and unfortunately, this experience fell far short of what I expected. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their professionalism and customer care for future customers. Thank you!

I went in expecting to just pick out some carpet underlay real quick and get out, but I ended up staying forever talking to the guys about tiling with my whole kitchen redo. They new thier stuff backward and forward and walked me throgh the difference between ceremic and porcelin like I was a freind, they even had samples already cut for me to take home. It made the whole project less overwhelming, the prices were alot less than the big box store too so I will definately be going back for the bathroom floor.

I absolutely LOVE my floors!!! They came out beautiful! I went with the Teslin XL 8-foot plank, and the photos truly don’t do it justice. The tone and balance are a timeless, warm with a subtle almost bamboo-like tone. It’s neutral, stunning, and works with just about any style of furniture. I worked with Sean, and he was incredible throughout the entire process. He was always just a quick text away whenever I had questions, which made everything so easy. His energy was great from the moment I walked in, and he really helped guide me to the perfect choice. The education on the floors is something that I hadn’t received at any other flooring store. I saw The flooring factor in Instagram and drove all the way from San Diego and sean did not disappoint!! One thing I really appreciated was how generous he was with samples he gave me as many as I needed, and they were larger-sized pieces, which made a huge difference when visualizing the space at home. As a realtor, I’ll definitely be sharing these samples with my clients and friends. Sean truly earned my business, and I look forward to sending more his way. Highly recommend!

I am very pleased by the quick response and delivery. The floors look absolutely amazing. Transport was quick and very minimal damage to some of the planks. Probably only 5 from transport. The transaction was a breeze. Will definitely recommend them to anyone. Floors are Denton XL from McMillan Floors.

We recently moved into a new home and wanted to modernize it with new floors and paint. The guys at the Flooring Factory were amazing! Super helpful, very informative, and made sure we got exactly what we were looking for. We wanted luxury laminate that was comfortable, long lasting (kid & pet proof), and looked natural. We ended up going with Wilson & Morgan Plata Oak, and wow! Looks amazing, quality core, and has a built in underlayment which adds to the comfort and also makes it quite compared to the flooring it replaced both upstairs and downstairs. It also has very nice patterns and texture. We also purchased tall moldings, risers for our staircases, bathroom tiles and more. Better quality than what we found at big box stores and at very competitive prices. Highly recommend them!!!
