Since my company got bigger, I decided to get a PEO company. After I was introduced to Emplicity and was promised of various services, which apparently they are not able to keep. If you are a new company, make sure to review their EPLI terms and HR contract, as well as Emplicity service contract which is way different from their promises. VP/Cheryl has no clue about anything, the worst PEO ever.

I worked with Sogi through Emplicity on an HR project and my experience was very successful. Sogi is a consummate professional. She is knowledgeable, with great HR insight. Would highly recommend.

I thoroughly checked references and was told the integration experience was perfect and it was. The Company is a delight and make my job easier. I have no reservations in giving them 5 stars.

They are professionals with a heart, so caring and understanding that our employees are part of the Aria family. Our rep is constantly going the extra mile for our employees.
