Nicolas was very knowledgeable and helped clear up our hydroponic air conditioner unit issues. I wish Kalka had sent him out the first time instead of a person that only knew about plumbing, it would have saved me a 4 hour window from leaving work early.

We had a great experience with Kalka Plumbing. They came out three times to repair my Kohler smart toilets, and every visit was professional and punctual. Derek was exceptional. He was knowledgeable, experienced, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He arrived on time, was friendly and courteous, and took the time to explain the issue and the repair process. What impressed me most was his dedication to getting the job done right. After one visit, an issue still remained. I contacted Kalka, and Derek returned the very same day I requested service and successfully fixed the problem. That level of customer service is rare these days. I truly appreciate Derek's professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Kalka Plumbing and especially Derek for any plumbing service needs.

I had a great experience with Kalka Plumbing. Derek fixed my Kohler toilet quickly and efficiently, and his customer service was excellent. He was very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions, which I really appreciated. Super helpful and easy to work with

I spent quite some time going through my options for toilet installation. I ultimately fell on this company to handle the job because of their good reputation. That reputation was proven to be truly deserved! Derek did an amazing job, absolutely 0 flaws in his work. He took his time but still managed to be quick and efficient. He informatively guided me through the different features of the toilet. Overall, great experience and amazing job.

Derek is a very professional plumber. I had previously hired other plumbers to repair my Kohler smart toilet, but they came twice and couldn’t fix the problem with very high price. After switching to his company, the first inspection and the second repair went very smoothly, and the issues was completely resolved
