Quality work and fair pricing. Alex arrived on time and rerouted our AC condensation piping quickly and efficiently. Attention to detail was excellent and the price fair. We will definitely call Positive Plumbing again!

I recently had to replace both of my AC units after 26 years, and after getting several quotes and comparing many different HVAC options, I’m so glad I chose Positive Plumbing. From the very beginning, their customer service was outstanding. I had a lot of questions because I wanted to fully understand the different systems and make the best choice for my family and our home. They were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. They took the time to explain my options clearly and helped me feel confident about my decision. Their pricing was also extremely competitive. They not only beat the lowest quote I had received, but were able to provide me with a better HVAC system at an even better price, which I really appreciated. The installation itself was just as impressive. Their workmanship is excellent, the team was professional and respectful of our home, and they kept everything very clean throughout the entire process. They were also transparent every step of the way, explaining what they were doing and making sure everything was completed properly. Replacing two HVAC systems is a major expense and can easily become a stressful experience, but Positive Plumbing made the entire process surprisingly easy and pleasant. I truly felt like they cared about doing the job right and making sure we were happy with the end result. I’m extremely pleased with both the new systems and the overall experience. Excellent pricing, excellent workmanship, and truly exceptional customer service. I would absolutely use Positive Plumbing again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and reliable HVAC company.

I must agree with all the great reviews. Positive Plumbing Heating and Air have been the best plumbers we have used. He was the first to respond, after several quotes was the most reasonable, Alex arrived on time, very friendly and respectful. And very knowledgeable. He was efficient .

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I called Positive after seeing good reviews for them and decided to take a chance. I am very happy that I did! Alex came the same day to take a look, and identified the problem immediately. He was able to resolve my issue and charged a fixed price with no unnecessary upselling. I will absolutely recommend Positive and Alex for any plumbing and or Air needs to all my friends and family!

My mother-in-law needed a new water heater at her condo in Irvine. I was the one calling around for her. Alex came out and checked it out and was very honest about what was needed. I felt he quoted a very fair price, but my mother-in-law wanted to price shop. After quotes from Lowes, Home Depot, and a few other companies around the Irvine area, Alex was definitely priced the best, with a better product and backs up his work. It's nice to have people not try to take advantage of you and price-gouge. Bottom line, don't bother price shopping, I've already done it for you and he's the best. He did a great job! We will certainly use you for any plumbing , AC services if needed. Thanks Alex!
