I recently had a whole-home A/C and heating heat pump system installed by True North Heating & Air, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. A long-time friend in Huntington Beach recommended Dmitriy, and I can absolutely see why. Dmitriy was the representative who guided me through the entire process, and he made everything easy, efficient, and stress-free. They installed a new outdoor heat pump condenser along with an indoor air handler. From our very first phone call, Dmitriy was extremely responsive and prompt, he even came out the same day to evaluate my situation. During the evaluation, he answered every question clearly and thoroughly. You could immediately tell he had a high level of experience based on the quality of his explanations and recommendations. Once we decided to move forward, Dmytro went above and beyond to make the installation work around my schedule. I asked if they could do the job the very next day, and he delivered. Not only did they start exactly when promised, but they also completed the work on time. What I value most about Dmitriy and True North Heating & Air is: 1. They saved me a lot of time searching for a reliable, experienced, and honest HVAC company. 2. They completed the job on time with what looks to be very high-quality craftsmanship. 3. Most importantly, everything is working exactly as expected. I highly recommend True North Heating & Air to anyone looking for dependable and professional HVAC work.

This was a great experience. My AC unit was very old and it was time for a replacement. After fielding a few different quotes, I decided to go with True North. The quote was very reasonable compared to other ones I received, and there were no surprise fees. The owner, Dmitriy, came in person for the initial consultation (which I was able to get on the same day I requested it!) and was super responsive throughout the process. Even before I had told him I wanted to book with him, he gave me helpful advice on what I needed regardless of what provider I went with, which shows a commitment to service and integrity. I was able to get work started for a full replacement with a high efficiency Carrier inverter system the very next day. The technicians were courteous, efficient, and hard working. They were there for 12+ hours and did not leave until my unit was installed. They even laid down protection on my flooring and left the place spotless afterward. The new unit has been working beautifully, and I'll definitely be using True North again for future HVAC needs. Thank you all!
