Not a pleasant experience. Submitted a form, was told someone would get back to me. I emailed, no reply. I called, was told I would get a callback. I'm still waiting for some communication.

After being canceled by my previous home insurance company, I wasn't sure I would be able to find comparable coverage in California again. I thought I might have to use the FAIR plan for several years, but when I called Great Park, they were very kind and helpful, and Julius sent me several quotes that compared evenly with my previous coverage. Our communication has been good, and though I would have liked to meet the folks there in person, we did everything, including signing documents and making payments, online, which was pretty convenient. I generally don't need much attention unless I need to file a claim, so I'm hopeful that everything will go smoothly at that time. Based on my interactions with them (Julius Yang was my contact there), I would recommend.

Julius was very professional throughout the process and we ended up bundling our homeowners insurance and auto insurance. I had a lot of questions and Julius took his time to answer them. He sent over a video message explaining all the proposed options which was impressive. His team is also very supportive as they helped me make adjustments to my policy when needed. High quality work is appreciated.

What an amazing team and an amazing agent! Ilker did a terrific job at explaining my auto, home, and life insurance options and was incredibly patient with all of my questions. He couldn't have made it any more simple and easy to understand. I also met with Daniel , owner of Great Park Insurance, his staff are also very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to any of my insurance needs. Location is great and it has a parking lot with plenty of spaces which makes it easy for me when I want to just stop by to sort things out.

I worked with Daniel, who is lightning-speed responsive at all hours of the day, very knowledgeable, and best of all, an excellent communicator (he gets you by text, email, and/or phone), and listens well. The system is super efficient - Great Park uses lots of technology, online forms, videos to explain my coverage options, text reminders.... everything you didn't even know you wanted! I also like that he's a broker so I know he's got my best interest in mind. I was really impressed that he had several options to present me within hours of my original email to him. Daniel is super detail-oriented and not only price-conscious, but wants to make sure you're well-covered with what you're paying -- you can't find a better combo. The team shops your insurance renewal every year so you get the best price with the right level of coverage. I'm saving about $185/year on my home & auto just by exploring my options, and I'm glad I did. Highly recommend!
