I honestly never expected to have an experience like this. From the beginning, everything seemed straightforward, but once it came time for the company to uphold its end of the agreement, everything changed. The communication was inconsistent, I kept getting the runaround, and they refused to pay what I believe I was owed under the terms of the contract. Instead of standing by the agreement, they made the process unnecessarily difficult and never gave me a clear or reasonable explanation. What bothered me the most was the lack of professionalism and accountability. As a customer, you trust that a company will honor its own contract and treat you fairly. That simply wasn’t my experience. If you’re considering using this company, I strongly recommend reading every part of your contract, keeping records of every conversation, and getting everything in writing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them.
