I am not someone who writes many reviews but my experience with Kristin at Strand Interiors was so great that I had to share it. I had reached a point in my life where I was able to do a whole house remodel. I knew I would need the help of an interior designer. I searched online and when I looked at Kristin’s website, I knew that I had to call her. That call turned into a wonderful relationship. Kristin has been an absolute pleasure to work with! She is professional but also warm and friendly. She is reliable, punctual and great with project management. Most importantly, her design ideas are better than I could have imagined. Her ideas are beautiful, creative and unique. One thing I really appreciated was her ability to gently push me out of my comfort zone. She listens to your ideas and then together with her client she creates a masterpiece. I am so grateful that I listened to her suggestions because I love every room in my house! Kristin is on top of every detail and her communication was excellent. I can’t recommend Kristin highly enough!

Hiring Kristin for our full home renovation was without a doubt the best decision I made. I never thought that tackling a renovation could be stress-free on my part until I worked with Kristin. She was always mindful of our budget, yet everything she proposed was beautiful and cohesive, which made the decision-making process so much easier for me. I’m beyond grateful to Kristin for transforming my 90s childhood house into the home of my dreams. It brings me so much joy to sit in my family room, admiring the dainty wallpaper she chose for our built-ins and the beautiful hardware on our cabinets. As I rock my baby in her nursery, I look up and smile at the soft pink ceiling and the lovely floral wallpaper surrounding me; and as I enter my home, knowing how it looked before, I’m in awe by how every light fixture, every furniture piece, and every detail fits our home perfectly. Kristin is truly a designer turned friend, and I’m so proud of what we created together. I wholeheartedly recommend Strand Interiors for any of your interior design needs! Kristin did an amazing job refurnishing our living room, entryway, and bedroom! From the beginning, she took the time to understand my style and needs (baby friendly). She also provided great suggestions that ultimately helped transform the room (i.e. plastering our living room fireplace). Every element was thoughtfully chosen and Kristin was great to work with throughout the process. I look forward to working with Strand Interiors again on future projects!

Kristin designed my living room and dining with furnishings, lighting and styling from scratch. Working with Kristin was so easy and stress free. I shared what I was looking for design wise and Kristin delivered exactly what I wanted! From initial designs to the end product, I honestly could not have asked for a better outcome. Kristin mixed more budget friendly pieces that still looked upscale with some splurge pieces for the perfect mix. She also has such an eye for pieces to add to the design (she found an AMAZING vintage lamp that fit into the design perfectly). Kristin was so easy to work with and did such a great job with handling everything. She also did the most perfect job with space planning- the furniture could not fit better in the space. I would use Kristin again in a heartbeat and I’m SO happy with what she did! She’s amazing!!
