I had to come back and write another review based on my experience with the company and program I was put in. Everything seemed great when I first signed up earlier this year. Looking back i probably shouldn't have signed up and just toughed it out myself financially. Needless to say its now beginning of August and after almost 6 months of making my payments, only 2 out my 10 accounts have been settled. Really disappointed about the progress. The only thing they do is find more debt to add on and that's about it. My score used to be in the upper 600 range and I am now currently in the 450s. A score dropped by over 200 and my credit limits on all my other CC's are being reduced every time I make payments. Sad thing is at this point I can't even get approved for an apartment at this point. I honestly regret ever signing up and i will gladly learn from this experience. Will enjoy rebuilding my credit now for the next 10 years probably. Do yourself a favor and do not sign up for this. Find another option or tough it out.

It feels like Travis was heaven sent! He was on a call with me for over an hour explaining the different options that I had. I truly appreciate this company!

Matt was very detailed and very empathetic towards my situation. He gave me all of the information I needed and spent an hour on the phone with me. Everyone else I talked to was the same way as him. They even explained the fees which does not come out of your payments to the creditors.

The representative who assisted me was very calming, patient and knowledgeable working with me on my personal situation. He set me up with a payment plan that will allow me to pay off my credit cards in 4.5 years, sooner if I can afford to pay an additional amount often or occasionally. I’ve been praying for a long time and I feel like it’s Divine Intervention that is helping me. I’m very grateful and thankful I have this chance to become debt free.

Thanks Cody for your patience, knowledg, and guidance i came to you a lost and confused person looking for help for someone who has walked this road and could possibly help me get on the road of recovery it's really been rough trying to keep my head above water trust me I have swallowed my share living and working with a fixed income and trying to take care of my responsibilities and help my family and whatever life brings my way has not been easy i can say i was at the end of my rope until I found Symple Lending and spoke with Cody Wolf a very knowledgeable and patient young man who took the time to walk me through the complete process making sure I understood everything about the program he has given me a new outlook on life and it's looks great i will be able to breathe and sleep knowing the i am on path to be able to enjoy my life stress free of credit cards and personal loan debt , thank you Cody and your awesome team greatly appreciate your time and support .
