We had an issue with our main shut off valve not working anymore. I was told from a previous plumber that our ac unit would have to be moved to replace it. Derek at Applied was able to get it replaced for us at a great price and at a timely manner. Will definitely be calling them for future work that we would need.

We always wanted to upgrade our plumbing throughout our house for a while. Since our house was built back in the 1950s and the pipes were cast iron. Then one day we had a leak and decided to call a plumber to fix our problem. Our neighbor recommended Applied plumbing and rooter. So we gave them a call to come out. Their office was very professional and helpful and scheduled us same day. Chris came out and diagnosed our situation and gave us some options. He didn’t push us into anything that we had to have done. Since we always wanted to upgrade our plumbing he recommended for a whole house repipe. The price was great and recommended a TruClear water filtration system along with the work they did. The work only took a few days to complete and there install team was very professional in there work. They will be our go to plumbers from here on out and we have recommended them to our family and friends of there services.

I had an excellent experience with Applied Plumbing and Rooter, and especially with Chris. From start to finish, the entire process was prompt, professional, and thorough. Chris took the time to explain everything clearly, arrived when promised, and made sure the job was completed correctly the first time. The pricing was very reasonable, and the level of service I received was outstanding - something that's becoming harder and harder to find these days. It's refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about providing quality work and excellent customer service. Chris has earned my trust and will be my go-to plumber moving forward. I highly recommend Applied Plumbing and Rooter to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and skilled plumbing services. I'll definitely be recommending Chris to all of my friends and family.

Michael was great! He was super on time and he was very knowledgeable. He fixed my toilet very fast and explained to me that even flushable wipes are not actual flushable! I didn’t know that! So because of him I won’t have to deal with a major issue. I appreciate so much his honesty and integrity. The price was fair for the quality of the service. I definitely recommend this company and I will be using them in the future as well. Thank you Michae!

My kitchen sink backed up and this company was amazing. They were able to come immediately and, from start to finish, they were 100% honest and efficient. Very knowledgeable and professional technicians, I loved everyone I spoke with and dealt with through the entire process. What a great company. Thank you so much for everything, I will highly recommend to everyone I know!!
