Outstanding service! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the work and the professionalism of Pristine Plumbing. They came out to help with a slow-draining bathtub and quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue at a very reasonable cost. The pricing was fair, the service was efficient, and the entire experience was hassle-free. I highly recommend Pristine Plumbing and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Fadi and his crew did an excellent job for me. He installed a brand-new air conditioning system in my Huntington Beach home and also repaired the air conditioning at my Fountain Valley house. The quality of the work was outstanding, and everything has been working great. What impressed me most was their dedication and work ethic. Fadi and his crew worked long hours to complete the new installation in a single day, minimizing disruption and making sure everything was done right. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and responsive throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Fadi and his team to anyone looking for HVAC installation or repair services. It's hard to find contractors who care this much about their customers and take such pride in their work.

I had a leaking drain emergency and reached out to Pristine Plumbing, where I had the pleasure of working with Oscar. Initially, I decided to shop around for quotes, but after meeting with other plumbers, I immediately knew that Oscar was the right choice for us. He was not only professional but also great at communicating what needed to be done. The quality of the work he performed was outstanding, and I was impressed with how well he cleaned up afterwards. Pristine Plumbing is incredibly lucky to have such a dedicated individual on their team. From now on, you guys will be our go-to plumbing company. I highly recommend Pristine Plumbing and Oscar for all your plumbing needs!

During the first weekend after New Year's, I had a water leak from my upstairs bathroom that caused damage to the ceiling of my downstairs family room. I had several plumbing companies stop by to give me repair quotes, but Andres from Pristine Plumbing really impressed me. He was the only one who told me that, in order to give me a more accurate free estimate, he would need to cut a small hole in the damaged ceiling, to get a better idea of where the leak could be coming from. Once Andres determined that my upstairs toilet was leaking due to a broken sewer system, he calculated estimates for three reasonably-priced plumbing repair options that I could choose from. He also told me that Pristine Plumbing works closely with a highly-reputable property damage restoration company that could give me a quote to do the drywall and other non-plumbing related repairs that was caused by the water leak. Andres coordinated with the technician at the restoration company to have both of them together at my house later that same day, so that they could coordinate the next steps to make all the necessary repairs. That sure saved me a lot of time and headaches! Within three days, Andres and his colleague completed the plumbing repairs. Throughout the whole process, Andres and the Pristine Plumbing staff were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, responsive, and efficient. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. Thank you, Andres and Pristine Plumbing for all your hard work! Job well done!
