Jack and Precision Roofing were amazing! First, they were patient during our complicated HOA approval process for the new roof. Then, a whole series of rain storms delayed our schedule, but Jack communicated each adjustment quickly and answered questions thoroughly. They did their best to get the work done safely and in good time. The crew worked very hard, did a great job, and kept everything clean. Our new Brava shake roof is gorgeous! But what stood out the most was how easy it was to communicate with Jack who was always responsive, informative and friendly.

Communication was excellent and Jack, the Project Manager was professional, responsive and detailed. The damage was more extensive than originally thought, but the invoice match the estimate and we are very pleased with the superior quality and value of the work Precision Roofing team provided.

Precision Roofing is a delight to had had as the roofer for an all new roof that they installed in May. They were quiet , worked hard, were there when they said they would be, and cleaned up every night. The work was professionally completed and we would recommend them to anyone considering for roof work

Precision Roofing & Waterproofing is TOP TIER. The crew was respectful, always kept the workspace cleaned up, fast, and responsive. I was even able to work from home the entire time. Had the pleasure of working with Brandon who walked me through each step of the process, from start to finish. Couldn’t recommend Precision Roofing & Waterproofing enough. There are only 5 stars on google but I would happily give 10!
