Hau is excellent! Courteous punctual and honest. Everything you could ask for and more. An expert in his craft and professional customer service! We have had horrible experiences with other HVAC companies. Hau is on a different level all around. Simply the best!

My Central Air system is fairly new. The original installer could never get it to cool off my home when weather heated up. I had been using them for years. Frustrated, I decided to find another company to address the issue. I called Diamond Air. Their tech came out, very nice and respectful young man. He addressed the issue.....now, my home is cool just they way I like it.....very comfortable...BIG THANK YOU!

While the overall service was good, we did have two issues. First, they didn't show up the for the first appointment. Apparently whoever answered the phone and made the appointment did not share the information with the actual scheduler. Second, they clogged our dryer vent. Luckily we were able to clear it, but it made a huge mess, which is why I hired someone to clear in the first place. I will say Diamond Air was quick to respond and issued a refund for that part of the service. Overall, I would recommend them. The technicians were friendly, professional, and did their best to keep everything clean.

The system was not blowing cool air. It would occasionally cool, mostly in the evening. Sal checked everything. It seemed like the compressor, furnace and thermostat were not communicating with each other. He thought he would have to change some wiring connections on the units. He was going to check with the boss and come up with a plan. Good people. Two techs came back this morning. The system was installed NEW in Dec. by another company. The Diamond Air techs eventually figured it out. Some wires or dip switches (you got me) were not set correctly. Now the a/c, furnace & thermostat were all communicating with each other. It took a couple hours or so and problem solved.

Sal came out and handled the HVAC maintenance and made the whole process easy even with my 2 units. He checked everything thoroughly and explained what he was doing and took pics without making it complicated. You can tell he knows his stuff. Everything is running better now and I feel good knowing it was done right and just in time for summer this year. No pressure, no upselling, just solid work and straight communication. Would definitely call Diamond Air again and recommend to anyone needing HVAC service.
