The representative I spoke with was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. I really appreciated the great customer service.

I didn't have a good experience with this company. My unit became uninhabitable from years of water intrusion from negligent building maintenance like basic waterproofing and landscaping. Effects include reoccurring mold, constant fungus gnats, and structural decay in the flooring and framing. The estimates for repair are expensive, so only cosmetic repairs were ever performed. All of the issues in the unit and building continue to exist and will likely be sold to prospective renters without disclosure. Everything is available as LA County Dept.
