The technician was friendly and timely. What I didnt like was that after assessing my problem, he immediately jumped into trying to sell me a whole new unnecessary installation for almost $3k rather than trying to fix my existing problem. I had a friend then take a look and the problem and it was fixed quickly. It came down to literally just some loose wires. I am certain the technician knew how to fix my problem but opted to try to take advantage and sell me something I dont need. That dishonesty has ruined my willingness to hire "professionals" and for sure won't even consider this company again.
