Jeremy has been nothing but the best. We inherited a crazy rat problem and he ensured us he would take care of it . He handled that nasty problem way faster then we expected. What ever he did they just left for good. He’s honest, professional, down to earth and trust worthy. I like that he notifies is before coming over so I can be prepared with our protective dogs.

Jeremy comes by and makes sure our property is ready and safe for gardening and outdoor activities around our home. Great care, great products (no heavy fumes) that work. I can always easily communicate services that may be needed and they always have a product for any local pests that might decide to show up (ex: gophers, snakes). Easy to schedule. Flexible. Bi-monthly maintenance. Well worth the investment and peace of mind.

Been using Suncoast for 5 years. Top notch service and support. The technicians and office people are always professional and personable. I like they give a text notice a few days in advance to confirm upcoming appointments. And are very flexible whenever I need to reschedule or request a specific time frame. Jeremy was very thorough, even sprayed up through my arbor, as do all the technicians. I have not had ant, cricket, earwig, spider, or mosquito issues for years. Who could ask for more?!

We used to have Lloyds pest and I switched to Suncoast. Best decision I ever made. I been with them for years now and they are always on top of it. They are fast and efficient. Not a biggie on at home services cause I’m not a people person but this company, was fast and no problems. and more over if Cruz, is your tech then your in luck. Great service. I live in pretty vegetational little area and so you’d think the pests would be more than in town, my daughter stopped and asked me what he’d brought the guy there if I called and why cause she had never seen any bugs and I laughed after a second and said yeah.
