John is very knowledgeable about structuring real estate transactions in a way to minimize a tax liability. He's very patient answering all questions and professional in every way. Highly recommend.

I've seen many accountants over the years and not many have been exceptionally helpful or informative. I tend to ask a lot of questions especially as it pertains to setting things up for the future and I've never felt like I get the best answers, it seems like most accountants only want to focus on what's right in front of them, not John. In a couple visits with John I learned more about my taxes than I ever have before. He even told me a strategy that (depending on how my earnings end up) will save me about $3500 this year in taxes!
