Henry is easy to work with, and I am most grateful to him for all the support I have received from him over the years. Even though I no longer live in the state, I still use Henry for my taxes.

Andy in particular was extremely professional, answered all of my questions and worked out a solution that was able to take a lot of pressure off of me. I called them based on online reviews, talking about great customer service and how they really care. I asked the receptionist to have someone call me after 4:00 pm. I had Andy call me before 2:30, while I was at work, and leave a message. I called him back shortly after 4:00 and we spoke for 5 minutes as I had some key questions before deciding on a CPA. Abruptly he told me he would have to call me back in 10 minutes because he had someone come into the office, apologizing of course. No callback in 10 minutes, or that evening for that matter. I received a call while at work again this morning and told him they currently had 2 strikes. I work a full-time job and if you can't keep an appointment I will have to look elsewhere. I was unavailable at the time and he told me to call him at 11:00. I had a 30 minute break then. I got the receptionist and he wasn't available. Called me back at 12:00, while I was with a customer of my own. Seemed very knowledgeable and I actually learned something in my 5 minute conversation but they lose a star for each time they didn't care about my time.
