Loved this company until they were acquired by Cintas last November. We've use Aztec for years for our annual fire systems inspections. They were a great company. Last month I went to get a new fire extinguisher from them and saw that they had just disappeared. No signage, no "we've moved", nothing. I called the number I had saved and found out they were acquired by Cintas in November and moved to Kearney Mesa.

Very friendly and willing to help. Fire extinguisher service is fast and refill only take a day or two. Reasonable prices.

I'm a new customer and have had nothing but issues with Cintas Fire for years. Aztec has been on the ball 100%, and actually above and beyond. Frank, Ashley, David have all been amazing at their specific jobs. I couldn't be more pleased with responses, scheduling and repairs. Seriously give this company a try if you are searching for better than your current fire protection provider. I will update this review as time goes on. Thank you Aztec! I don't like to leave bad reviews but I am sorry to say that they have terrible service. I can not believe the rudeness and lack of understanding of customer service. They came out to give me an estimate and wanted me to pay a fee which was Okay. I did not have the cash so I gave the guy my credit card but he said he could not take credit card so I asked them to bill me. I sent my plans for a proposal and they were holding back the proposal until the $55 fee was paid. I was shocked that a service company would prefer to loose several thousands of $$ for small $55 fee which was not a problem anyhow. I called the office asked to talk to office manager and she was as rude and unhelpful as others. I am really sorry but someone higher up in this company should probably review their customer service policy. I was not even allowed to talk to some one who was in charge. would have liked to do business but does not seem that they are interested. they just wan to charge $55 each time they show up to give you an estimate. this review is only for initial customer service we did not get a chance to try actual fire service.
