Adam and Charles were fantastic to work with! Adam is the company owner and he hired Charles and his team to install the floors. Our floors came out amazing, and even when there were issues they were receptive of our comments and tirelessly worked to address them. Adam even gave us a layout/design map which has been super helpful in leveraging for other ideas we have for the place (as we are doing other projects). This is my wife's and I's first home and we had just moved to San Diego, so you could imagine our stress in finding someone to trust to do an extensive project like ours. Adam made us feel at ease the whole time, and the prices were definitely competitive. The wood he was able to get us a cheaper price than buying through a different wholesaler, which made the project not just cheaper but also more efficient. It's a night and day difference with the new floors :)
