After several frustrating encounters with large, overly sales-driven companies that pushed me toward unnecessary upgrades and gave me wildly different opinions on what I actually needed, I came across EJ on Nextdoor. From the very first phone call, EJ stood out. He came out a few days later, ran diagnostics, and even added a bit of Freon free of charge so our home could stay cool while we figured out next steps. EJ came over to diagnose the install of my 3 zone mini split in my very old house and provided an extremely competitive quote to do the work. Finding the right spots was tough but he was super knowledgeable and thoughtful about the placement from a functionality and aesthetic perspective.
