Marilyn did her work well and all of our paperwork was handled correctly. However, her customer service was not very pleasant. She was routinely rude to me and my wife through email when we asked legitimate questions and she does not answer the phone. Her voicemail says to email her... Overall, I’m thankful that we closed escrow successfully, but I would not recommend her to anyone in the future.
