Why retail tenants in La Mesa work with painting providers
Independent retailers and restaurant operators run lean, and every vendor relationship has to earn its keep. Retail Tenants Together lists providers that work with brick-and-mortar businesses in shopping centers and street-front locations — operators who understand store hours, foot traffic, landlord rules, and the fact that a closed storefront is lost revenue. Members compare providers here and share real experiences with peers in the RTT community.

Procoat Painting did an excellent job on our project from start to finish. Michael provided a detailed breakdown of items for our estimate which we appreciated. Our project required extra wood repair/replacement as well as stucco repair/refinish prior to painting and ProCoat handled it all with great customer service and high quality materials. Foreman Jerry and his team were respectful and responsive to our questions and requests. We highly recommend ProCoat Painting for their service and professionalism.

Procoat is super professional and kind. Mike is awesome. They did a bunch of work for us at our church property. Mike was super helpful, went above and beyond to make sure everything I needed was taken care of including taking down the wall decor so I’d have a fresh start on a blank slate!

We have a custom ranch style home in La mesa, Mt Helix area. We picked Procoat Painting San Diego because they were honest and were very experienced with custom homes. The price was fair for our expectation of the work needed and they were very thorough from the beginning to the end and paid attention to all the details and made sure that we were very happy with the outcome throughout the whole process. They’re very communicative and passionate about their work. From the estimate to prep to final touch ups each employee was a pleasure to work with and professional. Highly recommend.

We had an excellent experience with Procoat Painting! Mike and Shane were fantastic—attentive to our questions and ideas, and always ready with helpful suggestions when needed. They worked efficiently, finishing the job on time and within budget. Since we needed everything completed before scheduled photos, their reliability was absolutely crucial.
Ace did a great job during the initial walkthrough, thoroughly explaining the scope of work and breaking down the details of the quote. We also had some carpentry work done on our deck, and Procoat was able to coordinate a skilled carpenter at a very reasonable price, seamlessly incorporating it into the project timeline.
The whole team was very professional throughout the entire experience. They treated our property with the utmost respect. Highly recommend!
