I called upon Bill to help me with an issue with the connection of a printer to my network. The work was very urgent and important to me because I do important legal work from my home. Bill dropped everything he was going to come to my home the same day that I called at 6:00 p.m. He solved the problem quickly. His rates are much lower than other techs in the area.
