Michael and Josh installed a Ring camera by our garage. They did a great job on the install, but what I liked the most was that they took the time to explain everything and answered every question that I had. They were both helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I’m so glad that they were chosen for the install.

He didn’t just diagnose and repair the issue, he walked me through every step, explained what he was checking, why he was checking it, and made sure I fully understood everything along the way. Honestly, he came across more like a teacher and trusted advisor than just a service technician. He replaced the receptacle, double-checked all the breakers, and helped troubleshoot why my EV wasn’t charging. He even went above and beyond by going to my neighbor’s house to test and troubleshoot the charging cable we were using. That level of effort and customer care is rare these days. This was easily a five-star experience. First Electric and Michael exceeded every expectation I had, and they are now my permanent go-to company for any electrical work I need in the future. Michael is a knowledgeable professional and thats sometimes hard to get these days. I typically like to deal directly with owner operators because they are the ones that have the most to lose if something happens. He had to run 110 ish feet up in the attic for where I had my EV spot picked out on the opposite side of my house. He listened to my needs and made some small suggestions that made sense all while keeping it very clean. Is he thorough on his appointments and bid? Yes, absolutely, but who doesn't like that? Leah, is the cherry on top of the team. She is on top of things with a caring attitude thats invaluable these days. Thank you Team!
