I called for information to be help if we're an insurance claim that I need help with. And they told me that I wasn't one of their clients. So they couldn't help me. How do they have 5 stars very confusing? Don't you have to take a new client for you to be able to help a client?Very varied it is disappointing

Since my home insurance company notified me that they are no longer offering the home insurance service, I needed a new home insurance company. My brother in law referred me to Erick Luna from K Taylor Insurance Solutions where he also had his home insurance with Erick, I contacted Erick immediately. Since then, Erick was keen to meet every inquiry I had for him and despite late replying to his emails (due living abroad and with the time differences), he was patient enough to follow up with me and all my questions and inquiries. He got me a few quotations from different home insurance companies and advised me which options and services covers more in comparison to others and pointed me with a few tips on where I can save some cost.
