No, you know everybody there was cool. They all took care of me. You know you know how that is. Customer service you know it’s all good. Everybody took care of me right there is all right all right all right all right man very good selection. I mean it was huge huge huge huge. They had a little bit of tying up in there can’t complain. Got what I wanted dipped and moved stick and move move like a butterfly sting like a bee you know that shit they took care of me right there. You know how that is real good real good honey sweet sugar iced tea can’t complain. We’ll see how long it takes to get that shit delivered though it’s a different story. Get this shit up in my house. It’s gonna look real nice real nice you’re nice thank you that’s my review. Peace out.

I've ordered several items from living spaces I've had to wait months for delivery for all my items to arrive damaged or broken. My replacements have also arrived damaged. When my replacements arrived damaged, I reported to Living Spaces and all they could offer was a small credit off the total amount of my item. There is no quality control. And the customer service is horrible they are extremely rude. April The guest service manager was very rude and condescending had a horrible attitude over the phone stating that there's nothing she could do for me and I just have to wait for my replacement until however long it takes. She stated the only way to have a good quality item is to pay more for indoor delivery with full service otherwise expect items to arrive damaged. They do not care about their customers. I won't be purchasing anything else from Living Spaces!

My wife and I went in to the La Mirada location and ended up purchasing sofas and TV stand. The gentleman helping us upon completing our purchase sold us on the $99 full service fee for delivery. Keep in mind the delivery is free but he mentioned this "FULL SERVICE" included the assembling of the TV stand and anything else that needed to be assembled. He also mentioned they'll remove our old furniture and place it outside. He did say they would not take the old furniture just place it outside where we asked them too. When the delivery came the gentlemen said they do not remove any furniture from the house. So we ended up doing it ourselves and nothing they delivered needed any assembling. I called today to speak to someone that I would like the full service fee refunded and they have refused to do so. This is very unethical practice to upsell you on a service that does not exist/not needed or they have not trained the sales representative on what exactly this full service includes. After spending so much money on the products we purchased, they are going to lose my business for not doing what is ethically right and refund the $99. They will no longer earn my business.

I was sold a mattress that did not fit my bed frame that I bought from living spaces..I purchased the bed frame and mattress from living spaces I talked to the manager they refused to even do an exchange on the mattress I’m a very unhappy customer and I’m also a returning customer. The manager refused to do a one time curtesy to exchange even though I only had the mattress for one day all they care about is money and not good customer service. I did explain to them that the bed was too high even for my two year old daughter that I was scared she would fall off..This is at the living spaces in La mirada.. I even offered to pay extra for a pick up fee of the mattress and I also offered to buy another piece of furniture just for an exchange for the mattress that I had for one day.

Living Spaces La Mirada was such a stress free experience. Joseph was so helpful and informative. Did not feel pressured to make any purchase, instead felt reassured and more knowledgeable about our purchase decision. The service at check-out was immaculate. The person who helped us schedule our order, took extra steps to ensure our order was ready to go, given some notes added to the order. She wanted to make sure our delivery would happen as scheduled without delay. Have visited the Redondo and La Brea locations and La Mirada takes the throne for the best/ clearest experience.
